1. Measure

   We ask buyer-realistic questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews (and any additional surfaces in scope), capture the answers with model, prompt, and date, and note where you appear, where you don’t, and who else gets named.

2. Fix

   We diagnose the public evidence gaps those answers rely on — site and entity clarity, citations, listings, and related signals — then implement the highest-priority approved corrections. You approve priorities; Coastline executes (with your developer when needed).

3. Verify

   We re-ask comparable questions so the before/after is honest. You keep the prompts, platforms, dates, and answer excerpts — not a black-box score.
